Completely self-contained it offers very comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people
There are 3 bedrooms and a modern kitchen. With a good sized living /dining area. The living room has French windows opening up onto a decked area where tables/ chairs are provided for your comfort.
On two levels, the accommodation comprises:-
Ground Floor:
There is a modern and well equipped kitchen located off the hallway entrance complete with hob, oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher
Main Bathroom fully tiled with shower cubicle, wc, wash basin and sunken spa bath.
The house has a welcoming and spacious entrance hallway with cloak cupboard housing the ironing board and iron.
A bright sitting room furnished with comfy seating, LCD flat screen TV , an oak table seating six and French windows open up onto the decked area outside.
The utility room located through the sitting room and across from the master bedroom houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Master Bedroom en-suite, this bedroom comprises of a King size bed with a wall mounted LCD flat screen TV , a large free standing mirror and a modern en- suite fully tiled with shower cubicle, wc and wash basin. A hairdryer is also supplied. There are French doors opening on to the decking area outside also accessed from the living room
Bedroom 2 is another good sized room with a double bed and attractive furnishings.
A wooden spiral staircase leads from the entrance hallway to the upper floor which consists of a Family or double bedroom with two single beds and attractive furnishings.There is also a couch and small television. This bedroom has excellent views of the sea. There is also a cot and high chair if you a baby or small child. A retractable stairgate has been fitted at the bottom of the spiral staircase for child safety.

Bedlinen and towels.
Sets of crockery: dinner plates, bowls, side plates, cups, saucers, mugs, teapot, salt and pepper.
Sets of cutlery: knives, forks, spoons, serving spoons, teaspoons.
Sets of glasses: wine glasses, tumblers
Cooking equipment: saucepans, frying pan, casserole dishes, bowls, colander, spatula, potato peeler, potato masher, and kitchen knifes, tin opener, bottle opener, ladle measuring jug. Chopping board, oven gloves, scissors, and grater.
Miscellanea: food storage containers place mats and coasters.
